What we store

• Account: email address and a hashed password (never the password itself).
• Exchange keys: only if you add them, stored encrypted. You can delete them yourself.
• Your bot: your settings, open positions and trade history, so the bot and your dashboard work.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Optional: a Discord webhook address and browser push subscriptions, only if you switch those on.

Your exchange account

With your keys, your bot reads your balance and places and checks its own orders on Bitvavo. That is all it uses them for. When you set or change your live budget, the site checks your available balance so you cannot set more than you have. Otherwise your bot would plan with money that is not there and get stuck when it tries to buy. Your balance is only shown to you, it is not stored, and nobody at Jean-Fa-Jean looks at it. Never give your key withdrawal rights; we refuse keys that have them.

Why

To run the service you asked for: sign in, run your bot, show your results, take payment and send you account emails such as verification and password reset.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Brevo (account emails), and our own server. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data through the contact form. Deleting your account removes your settings and history, except what we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a few small preferences such as theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.
